Observations from Choice Hotels Convention 2019

choice-recapOn April 30-May 2, the Choice Hotels Annual Convention saw a gathering of over 5,000 attendees. The three-day event, held at the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, paid tribute to its theme (Stand Out) by celebrating 80 years in business and presenting a clear vision for the future of the company.

In the opening session, Pat Pacious, president and chief executive officer of Choice Hotels, celebrated successful actions Choice has taken in the last eight decades, such as advancing its software development expertise, growing its extended-stay and upscale portfolio, and strengthening its midscale presence.
